Whether it’s COVID or something else, everyone has decided now is the time to move. Combine this with low interest rates and low inventory, and you get our red-hot market. 

If you want a good idea of how wild things really are, take a look at prices. Prices have risen by 15% over the last year in the Quad Cities market. Usually, we expect to see one or two percent, so this is very out of the ordinary.
